A Perfect Romantic Getaway

I recently stayed for 5 nights in a Luxury Garden View Suite, and it was the most peaceful and beautiful retreat I could have asked for. The stunning grounds and serene atmosphere made it feel like a private paradise, and the attentive staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Special shoutout to the poolside bartenders for their delicious cocktails and fabulous service! My only complaint would be the crowded pool area, which could use some extra space for relaxation.

Our shower had very low water pressure, making it a chore. The dining experience was painfully slow, with our order mixed up multiple times. Even after raising these issues, the staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to rectify them promptly.

The dining options at Hotel Wailea are an absolute culinary delight! The Birdcage and the pool bar serve up some serious local flavors that made my taste buds dance. Don't sleep on that Mai Tai. it's the best you’ll find on the island! Plus, the romantic atmosphere and spacious, well-furnished suites really set the mood for a chill getaway.

While everything shines at Hotel Wailea, a few details dim the experience. The gym could benefit from clearer directions and maybe a phone for emergencies—especially with older guests pushing limits on those Peleton bikes! A little more check-in love, especially regarding dinner reservations, would’ve helped our experience sparkle even more.

we had an unforgettable stay at relais &. the luxury ocean view suite was stunning, providing us with a great view and ample comfortable seating. the staff was friendly and arranged our free shuttle to the beach, which was a game-changer! we also indulged in a lomi lomi Hawaiian massage, which was soothing and a perfect touch to our honeymoon.

I had a wonderful stay here for 12 nights in a Partial Ocean View One Bedroom Suite. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our experience special. The pool area was beautiful, though it could become a bit noisy at times. Also, while the dining was excellent, a few more breakfast options would enhance the experience.

Absolutely stunning place with a lovely boutique vibe! The free shuttles to the beach were a lifesaver, and our room was both clean and modern—ideal for our romantic escape. Perfect for honeymooners!

But alas, no complimentary champagne for our honeymoon! What a buzzkill—someone cue the sad trombone!

The pool area was my favorite, relaxing with a cocktail in hand while soaking in the beauty of the gardens and ocean views was unreal. Plus, the staff were top-notch, I had a little issue with early check-in, but they fixed it right away and made us feel like VIPs.

The Celebration Ocean View Suite was stunning! Super spacious, with a great layout. We had plenty of comfy seating and loved enjoying sunset views from the balcony. The kitchenette was handy for snacks and drinks. Décor was modern, but could use a bit of a refresh. Some fixtures felt dated, but overall, it was cozy and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Lots of nice little touches like complimentary snacks made it feel special.

This place suits me perfectly! The outdoor swimming pool, spa & wellness center, and excellent wifi create a wonderful experience. The staff’s sweet attitude helped my elderly parents during our first stay, and Chelsea and Brooke by the pool are outstanding. I can’t wait to return for Christmas!

Complimentary cocktails while waiting for our room were a nice touch. Breakfast was a bit basic.

Beautiful grounds and a fantastic pool area. Food at the restaurant was top-notch. Took an outrigger canoe ride, which was fun. Service at times felt uncoordinated. our car was delayed in valet, causing stress. Overall, a great place for couples looking for a quiet getaway.

The ocean view suite was spacious, private, and very clean. The staff provided exceptional service, particularly from Charles and Bailey, who made us feel welcomed and cared for during our stay.

We loved the beach valet service at Wailea Beach! They provided us with comfy beach chairs, umbrellas, and even water for our family. Enjoying the beautiful sea view while relaxing in the sun made for unforgettable moments together.

My wife says that it would be nice if there were more family-friendly activities.
